Hi, I'm Andy Miller and I am privileged to work with my wife Suzanne Miller and colleague Lindsay Nevells on the Suzanne Miller Team with Jim Maloof Realtor. After nearly 20 years of working in the housing industry, I am proud to call myself a Broker/Realtor for Jim Maloof. I live in the Heart of Peoria and have so for the past 40 plus years however, I am not a stranger to all the communities that make up Central Illinois. With my experience in with what goes into either building or remodeling a home I am confident that together we can find the right fit for you. Whether selling or buying your first home, next home or an investment property I am here to to ensure the process goes smoothly. I'm Andy Miller. The Realtor that you grew up with.
Lindsay is thrilled to be a part of the Jim Maloof family. After beginning an office assistant, Lindsay found such a great passion for the Peoria real estate business, that she decided to earn her Broker’s license. “I have such respect for Maloof's approach to our clients, and the commitment our agency has to integrity in this business, that once I became Broker myself, I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else! Period.” Lindsay was born and raised in Central Illinois. She holds a degree in Communication, as well as one in American Sign Language. She spent years in the banking industry before coming into real estate, a background which has served her well in dealing with all the “red tape” that sometimes goes along with buying and selling property. However, Lindsay credits her young family with best preparing her for this fast-paced career. With two young boys who are 15 months apart in age and a baby sister not too far behind, she certainly knows what it’s like to multitask, and how important attention to detail can be!
A West Peoria native, I attended District 150 schools as well as Peoria Notre Dame High School and Bradley University, where I was a member of Chi Omega sorority. After working as an unlicensed real estate assistant, I decided to become a licensed broker and have never looked back. I am a working mother and the spouse of a Peoria police officer. Real estate is the dream career that allows family & business to live in harmony. Home buying and selling can often be a confusing or emotional experience. I consider it my job to relieve the anxiety to allow my clients to focus on their own needs and look toward the future.
