The following is a list of services
provided when

/Realtor is retained to manage a rental home
-Show rental property to prospective renters
-Review credit check on non Caterpillar
tenants
-Advertise home on Maloof website
-Advertise with Peoria Journal Star as
requested*
-Liaison for tenants regarding repairs
and maintenance and coordinate
services
-Assist with lease negotiation
-Pay bills for repairs, maintenance, and
utilities as needed
-Collect all rents/fees.
-Send net proceeds monthly via direct
deposit to Owner
-Monthly Account activity statements
emailed to owner.
-Provide a year revenue and expense
statement with 1099.
-Complete comprehensive occupancy
/vacancy inspections*
-Complete annual inspections

This is a finding service for a homeowner
to be linked with potential corporate and non-corporate
renters that come through the
Welcome
Center
. There is a one
time fee per tenant that is charged to the owner to
participate in this program.
