Housing Needs assessed
a) Provide
employee with housing in Company apartments per CAT policy, if
possible
b) If
Co. Apartments are not suitable for employee, identify 4-10
dwellings to fit needs and set up deposits/rent
payments/utilities/cable for payment.

Inpatriate Community

Initial assessment of interests
& needs
b)
Assist in obtaining a bank
account prior to employee’s arrival
c)
Assist in obtaining a social
security number or IRS number for employee and Family
d)
Assist in obtaining an Illinois
Driver’s License for employee and family.
e) Provide
Local information on schools, general area cultural
information
f) Meet
employees at specified location and escort them to housing
and/or Tour
g) Take
on an area tour including trip to SS office, IRS office &
drivers facility.
h) View
prospective housing for final move and get them set up in
housing choice. Includes negotiation of lease, setting up all
rents and utilities to be paid, rental furniture if needed, &
deposits for their final move. (If not staying in Company
apartments).
i) Meet
with various international school administrators as requested.
Assist employee in registering children in school
j)
Assist employee and family in
any special requests or needs such as driving lesson or
interpreter.
k) Provide
central location for leased vehicles drop off and pick up at
our facility
l) Upon
final move in date, provide employee & family with a 24 hour
supply of basic groceries for their new home

Lease cancellations

Stopping payments & liabilities
of rents, utilities

Return rental furniture and stop
payments
