Jim Maloof / Realtor® Property Management includes:

• Advertise rental properties; access to corporate clients
• Comprehensive, periodic inspections to ensure the home is in good working order
• Monthly rent collection with electronic transfer services to ensure on-time payment
• Coordinate routine maintenance and services with insured, reputable vendors
• Handle and coordinate emergency repairs
• Monthly accounting statements
• Tenant background checks to screen for qualified tenants
• Prepare the property for occupancy
• Negotiate and prepare leases

The property management fee is a monthly fee of 8% of the final rent ($100 minimum).
