  • Temporary furnished housing provided to you by Caterpillar and managed by Jim Maloof / Realtor®.
  • Community and school tours tailored to your families needs.
  • Leasing assistance and tours of available rental tours chosen based on your specific requirements and relocation plan
  • Assistance in setting up utilities such as water, electricity and cable.
  • Drivers' license, banking, insurance and social security assistance for International employees.
  • Introduction to social networks to get to know people also relocated to the area.
  • Property management with leases within Caterpillar guidelines for employees leaving the area for short-term assignments.

Caterpillar Apartment

Jim Maloof / Realtor® manages the Caterpillar temprary apartments. These apartments are provided by Caterpillar for their employees needing temporary accommodations during their relocation process or for home or medical leave. Employee Assistance at Caterpillar

In partnership with Chestnut Global Partners, relocating Caterpillar employees have access to a wide list of services in an effort to support the success of a move. Whether its information and referrals for resources and providers through the Transition Support Program or assisting with the emotional challenges through the Employee Assistance Program, help is available to Caterpillar employees and their families.

Caterpillar also offers special services for the International Services Employee (ISE) transition from county to country through Chestnut's Caterpillar International Assistance Program. Assistance is available 24 hours/7 days per week.
