Broker Associate

Born and raised in Pekin, Rick grew up as a lifelong intern of real estate! Rick’s father started his real estate office in his house in 1948. Later Rick’s dad assisted in the forming of the Pekin Board of Realtors. Several years had went by and Rick’s grandfather, mom, sister, and brother all started in the business. “I am a third generation agent.” Having been in real estate this long, “I feel confident I can relate to all areas that a client may have in a real estate transaction.” Currently Rick is in his 22nd year of real estate. Rick has been very fortunate being an agent, broker, managing his father’s office, and then independently owned and operated Rick Simpson Agency. “I have been fortunate enough to help with every real estate need that a client might have.” Rick’s experience varied from selling residential homes, lots, and acreage, commercial property, to new construction. He has designed and built several homes. “I would like to become your realtor. With my experience, I can service all your real estate needs!”
