Email Settings

If you are setting up your mail in a 3rd party program such as Outlook, click here for step-by-step instructions.

  • Username: Your full email address
  • Password: Ask an office secretary for your password
  • Incoming mail server: mail.maloofrealty.com
  • Incoming port: default (110 for POP3 or 143 for IMAP)
  • Outgoing mail server: smtp.maloofrealty.com
  • Outgoing port: 2525 (try 587 if it doesn't work)
  • Outgoing Server Requires Authentication (typically found in advanced options or settings)
  • Enter the same Username and Password or select "Use Same Settings as Incoming"
  • Do NOT check "Log on Using Secure Password Authentication"

POP3 vs. IMAP

POP3 mail is the most useful when you are only using one method to check your mail.  (Ie, ONLY Outlook or ONLY webmail.)

IMAP mail is good when you are checking mail on multiple devices and want your information to remain synchronized.  (Ie, a message that your read in Outlook will also be marked as read on your phone.)

Webmail Access

You can access webmail in your browser via the following link: http://webmail.maloofrealty.com.  Log in with your full email address and new temporary password. (Ask your secretary for this password.)

A welcome message and configuration will pop up the first time you log in to help you with basic settings (you don't have to use the wizard if you don't want to).

Passwords

Please change your password!!!

Click the blue 'sprocket' mod configuration icon located at the top left corner of the page. Then click "E-Mailbox Settings" and then "Password" enter your temporary password that JMR supplied you with followed by your new password twice and click Save. Note: Your new password must be at least 8 characters long. You will now need to log off and log back in using your New Password.

We recommend you change your password after you log in for the first time.  We recommend emailing your new password to support@maloofrealty.com so we can keep a secure record in case you ever lose your password.  Please fill out the form below if you need help changing your password.

Forwarding Mail

If you need to forward your email, you can set it up by logging into webmail. Click the blue 'sprocket' mod configuration and then go on the left menu to E-mailbox settings. After clicking that, choose Forward My Mail. Type in the forwarding address - remember to check mark enable forwarding and save.

Where is my old mail?

You can still access your old email online for the next two weeks at: dev.adcoagency.com:32000 

Use your old password when you login.

Nick Maloof will be holding classes by branch for you to set up an Outlook or Outlook Express account to export these emails with you. If you are using the system only via webmail (not an Outlook, Mac Mail, etc. program) and saving to there (not recommended as a long-term solution) you will need to participate, or make arrangements with Nick next week to get those off and saved for you. Please email him directly to schedule a time.
