Illinois Association of REALTORS® Licensing & Training Center.

Whether your interest is personal, or you are considering a career in real estate, we believe our program is for you.

Pre-requisites for obtaining your Realtor License:

Pass the 45 hour pre-license course which requires:

90% attendance
pass the final exam

Pass the State licensing exam

At Least 21 years of age

High School Diploma or equivalent
